Return Policy

If you find yourself not entirely pleased with your purchase, you may return the product within 15 days of the original purchase date for a full refund of the item's purchase price (excluding shipping costs). 

How to Process a Return

  1. Contact us at sales@killercondiments.com to initiate a return.
  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  3. Our team will guide you through the steps to send the product back to us.
  4. Product must be returned to us within 15 days of initial order date.
  5. Product must be returned to us in the condition you received it and in their original packaging. 

Refund Process

Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement.

Exceptions

We believe that if you don’t love our product, you probably haven’t used much of it, so we ask that returns are at least 80% full or unused.

Shipping

You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives at our facility.

Lost or Incorrect Orders

Killer Condiments is not liable for any products lost during shipping or any errors in shipping addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping information before finalizing your order. For unclaimed or refused orders, refunds will not be issued.
